LEVON TER-PETROSYAN VISITS REPUBLIC’S OFFICE

Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan today visited the
new office of the "Republic" (Hanrapetutyun) Party located at the
intersection of Khanjyan and Tumanyan streets. Under the regulations
of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) the first President is to
attend the offices of all parties affiliated with the Congress.
Issues regarding the country’s home and foreign policy as well as the
future steps of the Congress were discussed during the two-hour visit,
reports Suren Surenyants, Spokesman for the "Republic" Party. Reference
was also made to the involvement in the activity of fact-finding
group and other issues.
The first President was escorted by ANC Coordinator Levon Zurabyan,
David Shanhazaryan, Avetis Avagyan and Arman Musinyan.
