NKR PRESIDENT SIGNED DECREE ON DECORATION

STEPANAKERT, 05.11.08. DE FACTO. On November 4 the Nagorno-Karabagh
Republic President Bako Sahakian signed a decree on decoration.

According to the Central Information Department of Office of NKR
President, for a 20-year patriotic activity members of the "Artsakh"
expatriate charitable public organization Hrachik Adamian, Kim
Balayan, Leonid Hayrapetian, Benik Harutyunian, Slavik Michaelian,
Slavik Manoukian, Abik Samvelian were awarded the "Gratitude" medal.

On the same day President Sahakian signed another decree on handing
valuable gifts to a group of members of the Artsakh" expatriate
charitable public organization in connection with the 20th anniversary
of the organization.
