The "Defense Minister" of separatist "Nagorno Karabakh" Movses Akopyan
welcomes adoption of the Armenian-Azerbaijani-Russian declaration.

Commenting on the trilateral declaration on the resolution of the
Karabakh conflict, adopted in Moscow on November 2, Akopyan noted:

"The political figures came to a conclusion that there is no
alternative to the peaceful resolution of the conflict. I think
this is also owing to our efforts through all these years and the
combativeness of the defense army of "NKR".

Welcoming the adoption of the document, Movses Akopyan said: "If it
is possible to ensure security by the political way why not exclude
the involvement of military ways".

At the same time the Minister noted that the "NKR" defense army will
further strengthen for the security of the Nagorno Karabakh "people"
not to be challenged.

He said the defense army continues dominating on the contact line of
the so-called "armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh" and Azerbaijan.
