Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia refused to change the format of
OSCE Minsk Group

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. On November 13, President of Azerbaijan Ilham
Aliyev received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. The discussions focused on
the current situation of and prospects for the talks related to the
settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.

OSCE Co-Chair Matthew Bryza (US) said Azerbaijan and Armenia are going
to keep the format of OSCE Minsk Group unless the conflict regulated.

`There will be no amendments made to the format of OSCE Minsk Group
and Azerbaijan’s President confirmed that at our meeting,’ Bryza
stated.

According to Bryza, Armenia’s President supports the similar opinion.

`Both Presidents agree as our Minsk Group works very efficiently and I
feel the Presidents would like to regulate the conflict within the
Minsk Group,’ Bryza emphasized.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
