ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER ARRIVES ON OFFICIAL VISIT TO LATVIA

>From today through November 20, Armenian Foreign Minsiter Edward
Nalbandian will be on an official visit to Latvia, informs LETA.
It is planned that Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins (People’s Party)
and his Armenian counterpart will have a meeting today, as the foreign
minister’s press secretary Una Puspura informed LETA.
During the meeting, Latvian and Armenian foreign ministers will discuss
both countries’ bilateral questions, relations between Armenia and
the European Union, European neighborhood policy current issues, as
well as the situation in the south Caucasus region and other current
events of international policy.
Armenian foreign minister is scheduled to have meetings also
with President Valdis Zatlers and Saeima Speaker Gundars Daudze
(Greens/Farmers Union).
