KARABAKH SEPARATISTS HAND OVER DEAD AZERI SOLDIER

Yerevan, 19 November. Today, the authorities of the [self-declared]
Nagornyy-Karabakh republic (NKR) handed over to the Azerbaijani side
the body of the killed subversive.
The handover took place through the mediation of the International
Committee of the Red Cross at 1445 [1045 gmt], the NKR state commission
on POWs, missing persons and hostages told Mediamax.
The state commission said that the body had been handed over to
Azerbaijan "without preconditions as a gesture of good will".
