MIATSUM NATIONAL INITIATIVE’S REMINDER

Today the Miatsum (Unification) Initiative went on protest in front
of the ministry of foreign affairs of Armenia and handed over a
note of reminder to the foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan on the
political and legal consequences of ceding the liberated territories
of Armenia. It holds that the entire system of security of Armenia
(RA, NKR) is anchored in the current reality, and the smallest
territorial concession will crash its security and economy, which will
be followed by mass migration from a significant part of Armenia,
since no international and other guarantees promised in return for
the concession of territories are unable to prevent Azerbaijan from
launching military actions against Armenia.

Miatsum National Initiative states that since the entire territory
liberated during the war in Artsakh is set down in the NKR Constitution
as a component of the territorial integrity of NKR, Miatsum warns the
foreign minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan that the concession
of any part of the liberated territory of Armenia is a grave crime
against the state, and an intolerable encroachment upon the life of
the citizens of Armenia.

The Miatsum National Initiative urges to stop the negotiation policy
of meeting demands of anti-national concessions of the liberated
territory of Armenia and to take abrupt action to resettle the
liberated territories, as well as to restore the sovereignty of
the Republic of Armenia over the entire constitutional territory
of NKR vested in the Republic of Armenia by the international law,
the reminder of the Miatsum Initiative holds.
