GAGIK JHANGIRIAN TEMPORARILY SET FREE FROM PENITENTIARY INSTITUTION

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 24, NOYAN TAPAN. On November 22-27, former RA Deputy
Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangirian was set free from the Vardashen
penitentiary institution by the decision of the general jurisdiction
court of Yerevan’s Kentron and Nork-Marash communities for the purpose
of taking part in the funeral of his mother. Noyan Tapan correspondent
was informed about it by Lana Mshetsian, the Spokesperson of the RA
Minister of Justice.

It should be mentioned that G. Jhangirian is accused of using violence
to a power representative not dangerous for his life and health,
the case is at the stage of hearing.
