Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ali Babacan suggested his Armenian
counterpart to hold a meeting, which was accepted by Minister
Nalbandian.
During the meeting the parties are expected to discuss issues connected
with the normalisation of relations between Armenia and Turkey. Saying
normalisation of relations we understand establishment of diplomatic
relations between the countries under question without preconditions
and opening of borders, reports the Press Service of the RoA MFA.
Note that on November 24 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia,
Edward Nalbandian, left for Istanbul within the framework of presidency
