/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Hackers renamed Armenian Genocide Memorial into
"Talaat Pasha monument" in the Google Earth project, independent
French journalist Jean Eckian told PanARMENIAN.Net.

This profanation was signed as Haluk Dolmayan, what is, actually,
a modified name of Director of Armenian Genocide Institute-Museum,
Hayk Demoyan, and is dated March 12, 2008.

The photo was added in the database of Panoramio, a partner of Google,
whose photos can be seen in Google.

"The question is to know how such provocation became possible, who is
author and whether it could be a member of Google Earth or Panoramio
staff?" Jean Eckian says.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
