CASE REMITTED FOR FURTHER EXAMINATION

Today Armenia’s Court of Cassation allowed the appeal of Advocate Ara
Zohrabyan who presents the interests of accountant of `Pizza de Roma’
Ltd Anush Ghavalyan. Anush has been set free.
The Cassation Court repealed a July 1 decision of the RoA Court of
Appeals and sent it back for further examination. Note that on
November 6 taking into account Anush’s poor health state, Yerevan’s
Administrative Court had granted the Advocate’s petition to release
the defendant on bail.
Remind that `Pizza de Roma’ is owned by Armenian parliamentarian
Khachatur Sukiasyan
