NAGORNO KARABAKH JOINED HUMAN RIGHTS DECLARATION

The Republic of Nagorno Karabakh has joined the Declaration of
Human Rights, announced the spokesman of NKR National Assembly Ashot
Ghulyan during a two-day conference on human rights organized in NA
of Nagorno Karabakh.
The conference was devoted to the 60th anniversary of international
day of human rights and to the adoption of Constitution in NKR. The
General Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan and the President of Constitutional
Court Gagik Harutyunyan were also present at the conference.
