DOGS HAVE GONE MAD

Recently, abandoned dogs are attacking other animals in the Voskepar
village of the Tavush Marz. The furious dogs have already attacked
two calves and one donkey. Police are taking measures to get rid of
the mad dogs, but there are a lot of them.
