MICROSOFT ‘DEVELOPERS’ DAYS’ TRAINING IN ARMENIA

Microsoft "Developers’ Days" training started in Yerevan today. The
training is being held by one of the leading specialists of Microsoft
in Ukraine Sergey Baydachny.
As Head of the Microsoft Armenia Office Grigor Barseghyan said,
the training is held for introduction and discussion of functional
capabilities of the latest programming tools of Microsoft and the
main tendencies of further development of the Microsoft programming
platform. The up-to-date operational system Windows 7 will be
introduced during the training to last till December 18. This system
will be offered for sale in early 2010 and will replace OC Vista, as
well as Internet Explorer 8 which are strongly sought-for in Armenia.
"This event is of a great importance for the local specialists
regarding adaptation of their scheduled products to OC and other
Microsoft products being prepared for entering the market. He added
that the interest to the Microsoft training continuously grows. "Local
companies on programme development, IT-specialists of the banking
and telecommunication systems are taking part in the training
today. Moreover, we also try to attract students of the different
universities of Armenia", G. Barseghyan said and added that the
organizers collect questionnaires and opinions of participants at
the end of each event.
The programmes Internet Explorer 8 for Developers, SilverLight 2,
Internet Information Service 7, review of Windows 7, Visual Studio Team
System 2010, use of ASP.NET AJAX and Windows Presentation Foundation
will be presented during the two-day training. To recall, the previous
"Developers’ Days" training was held in Yerevan by Microsoft Armenia
Office in May, 2008.
