RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR TO AZERBAIJAN CALLED TO FOREIGN MINISTRY

Istratov has been called to the Foreign Ministry today.
Foreign Ministry’s press service told APA that the diplomat was called
to the ministry in connection with media reports that ammunitions worth
$800 million had been given to Armenian armed forces from Russian
military base #102 located in Armenia’s Gumru city. Vasili Istratov
met with Deputy Minister Araz Azimov. Istratov was given an official
questionnaire to confirm whether the report was true or not. Vasili
Istratov said Russia would clarify the issue.
