KOMITAS NOMINEE OF "GRAMMY 2009"

The nominees of "Grammy 2009" awards are defined. According to
"Svobodanews.ru" website extraordinary and original composers and
bands are nominated in "best vocal" nomination. Armenian famous
composer Komitas is also nominated in this nomination.

Note that Komitas is the founder of modern Armenian classical music. He
is one of the best classical musicians and many others consider him
to be Armenian Glinka.

The Recording Academy has set Feb. 8, 2009, as the date the 51st
Annual Grammy Awards, to be held once again from the Staples Center
in Los Angeles.
