RAFFI HOVHANNISYAN NOT TO ATTEND PACE WINTER SESSION

"The opposition is not delighted with the possibility of depriving
Armenia from the right to vote at the upcoming session of the
Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe," Armen Martirosyan,
leader of the "Heritage" faction, told a press conference today. He
mostly focused on the processes of implementation of PACE Resolutions
1609 and 1620.

According to the head of the opposition faction, member of the
Armenian delegation to PACE Raffi Hovhannisyan will not participate
in the January session.
