A MEETING BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND AZERI PRESIDENTS PLANNED TO BE ORGANIZED SOON

YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, NOYAN TAPAN. Today RA President Serzh Sargsyan has
received OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Yuri Merzliakov (Russia), Matthew
Bryza (U.S.), Bernard Fassier (France), and Personal Representative of
OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. RA Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian was also present at the meeting.
According to the report provided to Noyan Tapan by the RA President’s
Press Office, issues regarding the current stage of Nagorno Karabakh
settlement negotiations process were discussed at the meeting. The
Co-chairs informed the RA President about the results of the meetings
held earlier in Baku. An agreement was reached on organizing a meeting
between Armenian and Azeri Presidents soon.
