Armenian Foreign Minister Agrees To Meet His Azerbaijani Counterpart

ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER AGREES TO MEET HIS AZERBAIJANI COUNTERPART

ArmInfo. During January 21 press-conference in Yerevan, Armenian
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that he has agreed to meet his
Azerbaijani counterpart. He recalled that the initiative of holding
the meeting of foreign ministers on the threshold of expected meeting
of the two countries’ presidents belongs to the OSCE Minsk Group
Co-chairs. "The Azeri foreign minister agrees to meet, and I don’t
object to the meeting either",- Nalbandian said. As Azeri Foreign
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists in Baku, Wednesday,
the meeting of foreign ministers is scheduled for 27 January in
Zurich. The meeting of the two countries’ presidents will expectedly
be held in Davos, within the frames of the World Economic Forum.
