BARGAVACH HAYASTAN PARTY WILL NOT GO OVER TO OPPOSITION FIELD, GAGIK TSARUKIAN’S SPOKESPERSON AFFIRMS

YEREVAN, JANUARY 23, NOYAN TAPAN. Khachik Galstian, the Spokesperson of
Bargavach Hayastan (Prosperous Armenia) Party Chairman Gagik Tsarukian,
at the January 23 press conference again refuted the information
in press that allegedly BH is leaving the power coalition and going
over to the opposition field. He also classed as not corresponding
to reality the rumors that allegedly former RA President Robert
Kocharian is going to head BH and allegedly Gagik Tsarukian pretends
on Prime Minister’s post. K. Galstian also categorically refuted
the information that "Nubarashen car market will be closed soon on
G. Tsarukian’s initiative and will be moved to the town of Abovian." "I
do not understand who and for what purpose spreads such false rumors:
whatever happens in Abovian, they connect it with BH leader’s name,"
G. Tsarukian’s representative said.
K. Galstian said that on the threshold of the BH February 12
congress conferences of party’s territorial organizations are held
at present. He did not render it more clear that issues will be on
the congress agenda.
