LUIS MARIA DE PUIG REELECTED PACE CHAIRMAN

YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. On the day of opening of PACE winter
plenary session, on January 26, Luis Maria de Puig was reelected
PACE Chairman.

According to Council of Europe official website, representatives of
19 countries were elected Assembly Vice-Chairmen, only the post of the
representative of Cyprus is vacant. Head of the Armenian delegation in
the Assembly, Chairman of the RA National Assembly Standing Committee
on State and Legal Issues, RPA member David Haroutiunian was reelected
to Vice-Chairman’s post from Armenia.
