"BJNI" APPEALS TO RA PRESIDENT

Director of the "Bjni" mineral water factory has filed an
appeal/complaint to Serzh Sargsyan, the Prime Minister, Justice
Minister, Ambassadors in Armenia and a number of other organizations
with the request to show support in putting an end to the illegal
compulsory auction of the assets.

"The compulsory enforcement officers dressed in black and with masks
invaded the "Bjni" company territory and confiscated all means of
transportation, outlawed bank accounts, cash registers and real
estate. The assets are on auction and the company has been forced to
fire 483 workers," as it is stated in the appeal/complaint.

The company’s assets were evaluated, but "Bjni" representatives don’t
know which assets have been evaluated.

"The assets belonging to the company were evaluated, but the company
doesn’t know how much. They have been put up for compulsory auction,
but "Bjni" doesn’t know which asset is put up. The regulation of
the compulsory enforcement process is transparent by RA laws and the
given person or company is aware of the results."

The company director would also like to know whether it was right to
shut down the company in times like these, leave 483 workers unemployed
and lose so many foreign clients.

"The company was paying nearly 50-70 million dollars in payments
and taxes to the government. Our foreign partners express their
disappointment and don’t understand how the government can let go of
profit that it needs."

The director of "Bjni" proposes to create a Working Group consisting of
RA government officials, their experts and experts from international
organizations, "assign the Working Group to investigate the mentioned
facts relating to the "Bjni" mineral water factory" CJSC and draw a
conclusion (we give our consent to accept an objective conclusion).
