Azeri, Armenian leaders discuss Karabakh settlement in Zurich

Azeri President Ilham Aliyev and his Armenian counterpart Serzh
Sargsyan met in Zurich on Wednesday to discuss ways to resolve the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, a spokesman for the Azeri leader’s
administration told Interfax.
On Tuesday, Switzerland hosted a meeting of the Azeri and Armenian
foreign ministers, Almar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian, who drew
up an agenda for this round of presidential talks.
According to the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen, who visited the region
earlier, the parties are discussing the fundamental settlement
principles presented to Baku and Yerevan in Madrid at the end of 2007.
