Azeri defense minister flies to Moscow for talks with Russian counterpart

Azeri Defense Minister Safar Abiyev left on Friday on a working visit
to Moscow, the Azeri Defense Ministry’s press service said.
Abiyev will meet with Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, the
press service said.
It is expected that the parties will discuss bilateral cooperation in
the defense sphere. The Azeri minister will also raise the issue of
the reported Russian arms and military equipment deliveries for last
year worth $800 million to Armenia.
