COMMITTEE FOR PROTECTION OF JIRAIR SEFILYAN’S RIGHT TO CITIZENSHIP WAS CREATED

In January 2009 the friends and supporters of Jirair Sefilyan,
veteran of the war in Artsakh, commander, cavalier of the Medal
of Battle Cross, citizen of Lebanon, created the committee for the
protection of Jirair Sefilyan’s right to citizenship of Armenia since
he is refused citizenship unlawfully.

The Committee aims to protect the rights of all the Armenians who
earned the right to get citizenship of Armenia through their services
to the homeland.

Our activities will be in the framework of the legislation of Armenia,
as well as the international law.
