THIRD COMMUNICATION OPERATOR TO BE FULLY READY IN AUTUMN TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO POPULATION OF ARMENIA

DAVOS, FEBRUARY 2, NOYAN TAPAN. During his working visit to Davos,
the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the Chairman of France
Telecom company Didier Lombard who presented the company’s short-term
and long-term strategies in Armenian economy.
S. Sargsyan welcomed the entrance of the company into the Armenian
market, noting that it is an honor for any country to have France
Telecom as a partner. He expressed a hope that the operation of the
French company in Armenia’s communication sector may become a good
basis for its work in other spheres of Armenian economy as well.
D. Lombard said that in the autumn of this year the third operator
in Armenia’s communication sector will be fully prepared to provide
services to the population of the country. He promised numerous
interesting innovations and mutually beneficial solutions.
