DUBAI-BASED DELTA PARTNERS INVESTING $6 MILLION IN ADC

Armenian Datacom Company (ADC) announced that Dubai-based Delta
Partners, an integrated management advisory and investment firm
specialized in the Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT) sector,
joins ADC to further development of the company and the Armenian
telecommunications sector.

Delta Partners is investing USD$6 million in ADC with a purpose to
develop the company’s service portfolio, as well as support expansion
plans geographically.

Delta Partners’ investment and expertise will enable ADC to
strengthen its presence in the residential market with an integrated
offer. Expansion is expected to cover both Yerevan and cities
northward.

ADC will continue to extend and operate a state-of-the-art fiber-optic
network with IP/MPLS switching technology and virtually unlimited
capacity to serve the needs of the Armenian marketplace.

"The inclusion of Delta Partners as a shareholder in ADC strengthens
the company’s ability to respond quickly to market needs for wider
network coverage and new services introduction. Expansion can take
place whilst ensuring premium quality on all parts of operations,"
Mr. Harald Grytten, the CEO of Armenian Datacom Company, told a news
conference today.

Armenian Datacom Company CJSC is an Armenian-Norwegian joint venture
founded in April 2006. The company operates a large fiber-optic
network in Yerevan. ADC’s network is based on state-of-the-art IP/MPLS
technology with total infrastructure length exceeding 400 km.
