RUSSIAN GOVT TO SUPPORT ARMENIA WITH $500 MILLION LOAN

The Russian government has signed a preliminary agreement to provide
a 15-year U.S. $500 million "stabilization" loan to the Armenian
government, Armenia’s Finance Ministry said Tuesday.
The loan has a 4-year grace period, the ministry said.
