NO NEGOTIATIONS ON NAGORNO KARABAKH PROBLEM HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED THROUGH TURKEY

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Tigran Balayan, the Head of the RA
Foreign Ministry Press and Information Department, refuted the news
published in the Hurriyet newspaper that allegedly some agreements have
been reached in the Nagorno Karabakh issue with Turkey’s mediation. "No
negotiations on Artsakh problem have been conducted through Turkey,"
the Foreign Ministry official said mentioning that the negotiations
on the Nagorno Karabakh settlement proceed with OSCE Minsk Group
Co-chairs’ mediation, on the basis of Madrid proposals.
