GORAN LENMARKER SAYS KARABAKH CONFLICT REGULATION IS POSSIBLE ALREADY THIS YEAR

BAKU, FEBRUARY 13, ARMENPRESS: Special representative of the chairman
of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on Karabakh issue Goran Lenmarker
told journalists on Thursday in Baku that the regulation of Karabakh
conflict is already possible this year.

On Thursday evening Lenmarker arrived in Baku from Tbilisi.

The special representative of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly stated that
the regulation of Karabakh conflict will play an important role for
the two countries in the issue of solution of a range of issues.

"In the issue of regulation of the conflict it is necessary to reach
balance between preservation of the autonomy of the country and self
determination of nations as the both principles are very important",
– Lenmarker noted.

The main meetings of the special representative of OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly are planned for today.
