"Toumanian’s week" launched today devoted to the 140th anniversary
of famous writer’s birthday. The event is organized by the Ministry
of Education and Culture of Armenia and Writers’ Union.
In the frames of the event special classes devoted to the writer,
shows and competitions will be conducted in the schools of Yerevan
and other regions. It is also planned to declare 19 February the day
of gifting books.
