INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND DELEGATION AT PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION

The President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received the delegation of
International Monetary Fund consisting of IMF Permanent Representative
in Armenia Ninke Oomes, Deputy Director of Middle East and Central
Asia Directorate Lorenzo Peres, IMF Executive Director Ah Bakker,
Head of the Armenia Mission Mark Louis, reports the press service of
the President’s Administration.

President Sargsyan highly evaluated the co-operation of the country
with the IMF and thanked the mission members for the contribution and
support provided to Armenia. The President has confirmed the impact
of world financial-economic crisis on our economy and the efforts of
the local authorities to ease the tension.
