limits is the Government’s strategy to be applied at all the primary
health care clinics.

He pointed out that the program provides for mechanisms, quality
assessment and monitoring methods for all the medical institutions
and medical personnel.

"This will help us reveal problems and elaborate ways of resolving
them.

In the near future our population we wee positive results and
higher-quality services," he said.

The expert reported that the availability of services, efficiency
of exchange of information, provision with equipment, and personnel
competence will be monitored. Among the assessment methods are self
control and management of cases at clinics. Kirakosyan said that

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
