PROPERTY AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF ANM’S HAYK OFFICIAL EDITION’S EDITORIAL OFFICE SEIZED

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 23, NOYAN TAPAN. On February 19, employees of Kentron
and Nork-Marash department of Service on Obligatory Execution of
Judicial Acts seized the property and financial resources of Armenian
National Movement party’s Hayk official edition’s editorial office.

According to the report of the Service on Obligatory Execution of
Judicial Acts, bailiffs’ actions completely proceeded from execution
examination requirements filed on the basis of the court order received
from Yerevan Civil Court. The latter’s demands are the following: as
ensuring of the claim to seize the property and financial resources
of the Hayk Edition OJSC to the amount of 2m 677 thousand drams and
to oblige private entrepreneur A. Markosian not to publish the Hayk
newspaper belonging to the above mentioned company. It was mentioned
that the lawsuit was introduced by the Gind publishing-house LTD and
the execution examination’s demands were fulfilled completely and in
line with the laws and other legal acts.
