ArmInfo. The governmental delegation headed by the Prime Minister
of Armenia Tigran Sarkisyan has arrived in Moscow with a working
visit. As ArmInfo special correspondent reports, T. Sarkisyan is
currently in the Embassy of Armenia in Moscow where he gets acquainted
with the working conditions of the Armenia diplomats in the Russian
capital. The Armenian PM will meet Chairman of the Central Bank of
Russia Sergey Ignatyev in an hour.

The meeting of T. Sarkisyan with Prime Minister of Russia Vladimir
Putin will be held in the evening at 6:00 by local time.

To recall, Armenia expects to receive a stabilization credit of
$500 mln from Russia. The funds will be directed to mitigate the
consequences of the global financial crisis on the Armenian economy. As
it is expected, this issue will become one of the fundamental ones
during today’s negotiations in Moscow.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
