HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN: RELATIONS BETWEEN ARMENIA AND UAE STEADILY PROGRESSING

On March 5 the Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Hovik
Abrahamyan, received the Minister of Foreign Trade of United Arab
Emirates Mrs. Sheikha Lubna Khalid Sultan al Qasimi.
Greeting the guest, the Speaker expressed confidence that
the Minister’s visit to Armenia will contribute to the further
reinforcement of friendly relations between Armenia and the United
Arab Emirates and will yield practical results.
Hovik Abrahamyan noted that Armenia ranks high the cooperation between
the two countries and noted that the relations between Armenia and
UAE are steadily progressing.
Mrs. Sheikha Lubna Khalid Sultan al Qasimi attached importance to
the further deepening of Armenia-UAE collaboration, intensification
of trade-economic relations, increase of the volume of investments,
the necessity of implementing new programs.
