TIGRAN BALAYAN: THERE IS OBJECTIVE COLORING IN REPORT

"There are some justified elements in the report but it is more than
obvious that it is based on conclusions of one-sided sources. The
report does not cover the dynamics of the processes and the positive
tendencies in the country," said the head of Foreign Ministry press
department Tigran Balayan answering to the question of Panarmenian.net.

"We have been stressing many times that irrespective of the reports
and their content the authorities of Armenia are decisive in making
reforms in the country, since it is a choice made by the people of
Armenia," said T. Balayan.
