"ARMENIA AND TURKEY WILL SIGN A CONTRACT THIS YEAR" ARF MEMBER

Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnakcutyun party is going to
publish a study presenting ARF’s comments, concerns and recommendations
on opening the border of Armenia-Turkey, announced the director
of ARF Armenian Cause office in Yerevan Kiro Manoyan in a press
conference. Regarding the statements made by the Turkish party that
soon an agreement will be signed between Armenia and Turkey, Kiro
Manoyan says that it is difficult to make comments on it. He says,
it is difficult to say what an agreement that will be. One thing
Mr. Manoyan knows for sure – something will be signed this year.
