TAKE EXAMPLE BY HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN

On these days a newspaper published the picture of house of the
speaker of the National Assembly which looks exactly like the House
of Parliament which heads Hovik Abrahamyan from September of Mouse
year. It is above all doubts, that psychologists will have something to
say in this connection but there is no doubt either, that they will not
be able to understand the psychology of the official. They will suppose
that the aspiration of building such a house is determined by some
complex or difficult childhood, or sudden success or other hard and
incomprehensible feelings. They will suppose this, and will be wrong.
Everything is much simpler. If you remember the president of the
National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan was appointed in order to enhance
the role of the General Assembly. Consequently, all his actions,
after the September of Mouse year, should be viewed from this point
of view. And, in the case of the house, it becomes evident that Hovik
Abrahamyan gives a new quality and meaning to the National Assembly. In
other words, he, actually, brings the citizens closer to the National
Assembly, makes it more accessible and familiar showing that everybody
may have their own House of Parliament, sure in case they have enough
money. If you have money, build your own House of Parliament. If your
money is not enough for a hous e, build your garage like the House of
Parliament. Do not have enough money again? You can build you dog’s
kennel or a nestling box with the design of the House of Parliament.
It would be great, if the other officials take example by Hovik
Abrahamyan too. For example, Serge Sargsyan could build his house like
the Seat of the President showing that everyone has the possibility
to have its own presidential residence. And Tigran Sargsyan could
build his house with the design of the House of Government.
Afterwards, the ties between the government and the public will become
stricter, the trust will grow.
However, besides this entire, Hovik Abrahamyan is able to solve the
problem of the stability in the country. In other words, the president
of the National Assemble made a step aimed at national security. The
point is that if construction of small and big buildings which look
like the House if Parliament will be started in Armenia, and also those
like the residence of the president and government, consequently,
if one day someone decides to assault a governmental building they
will find them in a total confusion not knowing which building to
attack. While the usurpers will be looking for the original one,
the government will be able to solve every question.
So, there is no need to try to find any complex in the aspiration of
building a house like the House of Parliament.
