When Inga And Anush Arshakyan sisters won the Armenian national contest
for the Eurovision 2009 song festival in Moscow people cheered for
a great selection, but perhaps were unsure about them winning the
contest. This is because the song itself is indeed a "new word"
of presenting their long record of championing the Armenian culture.

However, this new promotional record of "Nor Par", stands for Armenian
New Dance really breaks barriers and puts the listener in a fresh
mode of new interpretation.

The sisters spent a week in Moscow making a promotional work and
here is what they have blogged about their week being so busy and
fulfilling.

"The last 7 days spent in Moscow changed all our visions about the
word "busy". You just get into a stream and flow, hopefully to the
destination you aim, that is to victory.

"You feel life running threw your veins, every single second is full
of bright colors, ideas, people… This week was a proof for us that
in parallel to the world of business, money and problems there’s
another world of creativity, where art knows no borders.

"We couldn’t keep all that joy to ourselfs and made a small video
that will be shared with you very soon.

"Thank you for being next to us. We feel your warmth all the time:*"

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
