ICRC NOT INVOLVED IN PROCESS OF TRANSFERRING PARUYR SIMONYAN TO THE THIRD COUNTRY

ArmInfo. The International Committee of the Red Cross was not involved
in the process of transferring Paruyr Simonyan to the third country,
ICRC Delegation to Yerevan told ArmInfo correspondent.

"Armenian citizen Paruyr Simonyan was sent to the third country at
his own will, which he confirmed during the meetings with the ICRC
before being sent to the third country. The ICRC was not involved in
the process of transferring",- the source said.

To recall, military serviceman P.Simonyan has been in Azeri captivity
since May 2008.
