THE MARONITE PRELATE OF BEIRUT MEETS WITH HIS HOLINESS ARAM I

On Monday 23 March 2009, Bishop Boulos Mater met His Holiness Aram I in his
office in Antelias. The meeting centred on two issues: one, the organization
of the forthcoming legislative elections in Lebanon and the necessity to
safeguard the internal unity of the people; two, the restructuring of the
Middle East Council of Churches and the member churches’ dialogue with
partners.
