French "Credit Agricole" To Continue Cooperation With Armenia

FRENCH "CREDIT AGRICOLE" TO CONTINUE COOPERATION WITH ARMENIA

YEREVAN, MARCH 26, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan
received today delegation of biggest banking company of the world
French "Credit Agricole". The delegation consisted of president of
the "Credit Agricole Consultant" consulting company Jan-Luke Peron,
general director of National Federation of Credit Agricole Joseph
d’Ozen, members of the "Acba-Credit Agricole Bank" company’s council
Iv Kutirie and Fillip de Sibeins.

Governmental press service told Armenpress that greeting the guest the
prime minister noted that the visit of the delegation, especially in
conditions of the financial-economic crisis, gives positive impetus
to the development of cooperation between the company and Armenia.

According to Tigran Sargsyan, Armenia’s banking system, confronting
the first negative impacts of the world crisis, showed its firmness
and stability, which inspires hope that in future as well by the
cooperation with Credit Agricole and other international partners it
will confront the possible difficulties.

The guests said they are pleased with the mutually beneficial
cooperation with Armenia the result of which is that the "Acba-Credit
Agricole Bank is one of the leaders of the banking system. The members
of the delegation noted that the crisis has its impact on the company
as well, nevertheless it cannot impede the continuation of cooperation
with Armenia.

At the end of the meeting the prime minister, on behalf of the
government, thanked the leadership of Credit Agricole company and all
those who promoted the development of cooperation with Armenia. The
prime minister expressed hope that the effective cooperation will
continue successfully in future as well.
