An exhibition entitled ExpoArmenia was opened in Cordoba,
Argentina. The exhibition presents the photos of the talented
Brazilian-Armenian photographer and architect, Stepan Shahinyan,
and is dedicated to Armenia.

The inauguration ceremony was opened by the Armenian ambassador
to Argentina Vladimir Karmishalyan and the vice-speaker of the
Cordoban parliament Francesco Fortuna. Among the guests were local
parliamentarians, representatives of the Armenian community, public
and cultural figures and reporters.

Before the event, a working meeting between the Armenian ambassador
and the vice speaker of the parliament took place. The interlocutors
discussed the possibilities for bilateral economic and cultural
cooperation and agreed to foster friendly ties between Cordoba having
over 8,000 Armenian residents, and one of the Armenian marzes.
