The seven oppositionists charged under the "case of seven" will be
tried separately.

The prosecutors had motioned to send the cases to different courts.

Presently, Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan is in the retiring room.

Note Shant Harutyunyan, Alexander Arzumanyan, Hakob Hakobyan, Grigor
Voskerchyan, Suren Sirunyan, Miasnik Malkhasyan and Sasun Mikayelyan
are charge with deadly clashes in downtown Yerevan on March 1, 2008.
