YEREVAN, APRIL 1, NOYAN TAPAN. On the occasion of the Day of Satire and
Humor, under RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s March 31 decree cartoonists
Vladimir Abroyan and Georgy Yaralian were given the title of the RA
Merited Painter and writer-satirist Hrant Ghazarian the tiltle of
the RA Merited Figure of Culture. Noyan Tapan was informed about it
by the RA President’s Press Office.
