DESPITE BAD PREDICTIONS, THEY ARE AGAINST BUDGET REVISION

I don’t think that the budget should be reviewed. The government has
already announced the steps it is going to accomplish. The government
has transferred a part of the expenditures from the second to the
forth quarter, and this was already stated," said the president of
the Armenian Central Bank Artur Javadyan. In addition, Javadyan is
stating this, admitting at the same time that according to the CB
predictions and according to the predictions of the government which
are worse that those of the CB, the increase of the Armenian economy
in 2009 will be less than the 9 percent scheduled by the budget.
