Dr. Edward Kocharian has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath
home at 38195 McDowell Dr. in Solon for $698,000.

Kocharian paid $658,000 for the property in Nov. 2005. The
5,070-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Dr. Kocharian is an internist and a family practitioner with more
than 16 years of experience. He practices at Meridia Medical Group
and is affiliated with Parma Community General Hospital.

He received his M.D. from Yerevan State Medical University in 1989
and completed his residency at Huron Hospital’s Cleveland Clinic in
Internal Medicine.
