WHY DO THEY WALK ON NORTH AVENUE?

Everything is reasoned in this world. Two years ago, a modern, so
called elite block was constructed, which was named North Avenue. Try
to cross the avenue in the evening and count the number of the windows
with the lights on. We managed to count not more than 5 windows. This
means that the stone giants for the construction of which huge sums of
money were spent are not used for what they are supposed: they did not
become houses for people.
There is no life in them. You pass near those buildings and you have
such a feeling that all these titans will break down and an end will
be put on all this meaninglessness. An, right this is the reason why a
phantasmagorical movie is good to be shot here, where there will be
only light and shadows. Someone may watch the film and it may occur to
them to donate the empty apartments to those who need them, who dreamt
of a normal apartment for years, where they would have a kitchen ad a
shower. Will imagine this and will get surprised at the utopia of
their thought. Then, they will think that not all dreams come true.
And, until people did not inhabit this avenue, political walks will be
held there, the spirit and the will of the complaint will be
concentred there.
Everyone wonders why the avenue has been constructed. The apartments
have been sold to rich people with whom the government is in debt, the
builders covered their expenses, instead of the old buildings, new
stone ones appeared. But, who needs them if they do not serve to their
aim?
There is such a feeling that the question `why’ is left out of the
motivation of the actions. Or, rather the answer to this question
never expressed its real goal. Look what is happening to the taxi
drivers. The demand on the counters and tax payment has a clear
motivation. However, why people are forced to change their cars which
are in normal technical conditions in these hard times just because
they are old of 10 years? The government determines its step by its
care towards the passengers. In reality, this step is determined by
the fact that someone may probably have imported new `Zhiguli’ cars
which are inferior from technical point of view comparing with the
`old’ `Opel’ cars. These `Zhiguli’ are to be registered, the loans are
to be distributed, and so, people have to change their good car with a
bad one.
The campaign on the `darkened’ windows and counter setting was carried
out in the same way. As soon as the imported consignment was over,
everybody forgot about the windows until something else is imported
again.
But, are people worth being mocked at this way?
