PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA THANKED MAHMOUD AHMADINEJAD FOR WEIGHTED APPROACH OF OFFICIAL TEHRAN IN KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

ArmInfo. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan told his Iranian
counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad about the course of a political
dialogue with Turkey and the negotiations on Karabakh conflict
settlement.
As the Armenian presidential press service reports, during the
two presidents’ meeting in Tehran on April 13, S. Sargsyan told
the Iranian president about the course of the Armenian-Turkish
political dialogue and the negotiations on peaceful settlement of
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The parties emphasized the necessity of
peaceful settlement of all the existing problems, considering the
cooperation, peace and stability an important pledge of welfare and
prosperity of the peoples living in the region. The Armenian president
thanked the president of Iran for the weighted approach of official
Tehran in Karabakh conflict settlement.
